Aluminum Cathodes for Zinc Electrolysis

Limpact has developed a program where we can reuse or recycle our premium explosion bonded head bars that have been pulled from service due to mechanical damage, or end of life of the aluminum sheet. This program allows our customer to retain the head bar and replace the aluminum cathode sheet, essentially doubling and or even tripling the life of our head bars.

Limpact’s proprietary edge strip system for aluminum cathodes achieves a life time greater than the aluminum sheet itself!!

SST Cathodes for Copper, Nickel, Cobalt Electrolysis

Limpact offers complete SST cathode repair and maintenance programs for minor repairs to major repairs.
Limpact’s explosion bonded hanger bar can be retrofitted/welded to your existing cathode, when premature failure occurs. We can cut off and re-use a good SST sheet from a failed cathode whether it is a dissimilar welded, electroplated, or furnace brazed cathode, recovering the value of the SST sheet and saving money.
